- Carrying out minor building repairs
- Basic carpentry (repairing doors, fitting skirting, boxing-in, installing shelves)
- Basic plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, replacing taps, unblocking drains)
- Basic electrical tasks (only if qualified), such as changing light fittings or sockets
- Painting and decorating
- Plaster patch repairs
- Tiling repairs
- Silicone sealing xkybehq and caulking
