Our client, based in Ringwood, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their customer service team and ensure smooth communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams. This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can drive performance, resolve issues efficiently, and foster a positive, adaptable team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the customer service team to exceed targets.

Requirements
