Raise Rochdale Pupil Referral Service provides a supportive, nurturing, and highly personalised learning environment for pupils who are unable to access mainstream education. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator with a strong HR focus to provide high-quality support to our busy setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of all HR related functions and will be a key point of contact for supporting managers and staff across the provision.
This post requires a 7.30am start time.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update staff records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support recruitment processes, including advert administration, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks.
* Manage safer recruitment documentation in line with safeguarding requirements.
* Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
* Monitor and record staff attendance, absence, and leave.
* Provide administrative support for HR casework (e.g., meetings, note-taking, documentation).
* Liaise with payroll and ensure timely submission of relevant staffing information.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirement.
