Temporary HR Administrators
We are seeking strong HR candidates who can start immediately and are willing to work full time via our payroll for temporary assignments. You will be based locally in Oxfordshire and may need to work on site with our clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full employee lifecycle including starters, leavers, and contract changes
* Respond to HR and payroll queries from staff and schools, in person and via shared inbox
* Support school teams with general HR administration and policy guidance
* Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS)
* Assist with the School Workforce Census process
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations
Experience and Qualifications
Dedicated HR experience is required. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, and be organised and self‑motivated. Strong time‑management skills are essential for this fast‑paced role.
