The Role:
The overall management of a school catering operation, monitoring and controlling the catering service to ensure that quality and consistency of service are maintained at all times.

St George C of E The Hoskers, Westhoughton, Bolton, BL5 2FB 30 hours
Sharples Primary School, Hugh Lupus Street, Bolton, BL1 8RU 25 hours

About You:
Great practical skills are essential for this hands-on role.
You will need to be determined, energetic with great organisational skills, used to cooking for large numbers, and ideally have a school catering background with an understanding of portion control, budgets and ordering.
