Our team in London currently has an opening for a Quality Manager - London Role purpose: Maintain the ISO 9001 and BRC quality systems. Maintain and develop procedures. Record and resolve customer and supplier complaints with support of CX Manager. Full compliance with Brenntag UK & Irelands key policies and procedures. Maintain and develop HACCP policy at London Depot. Support other departments with audits, training, etc. Use support team to conduct internal audits at Depot and formulate reports advising of corrective actions and manage these actions. As the Quality Manager, it is your responsibility to: Review, update and maintain Quality and Business manuals for London Depot. Review update and maintain product Specifications for the depot. Conduct and assist customer audits. Implementing improvement and corrective actions resulting from customer complaints Review, update and maintain the Supplier and Customer complaint system. Implementing improvement and corrective actions resulting from Supplier complaints To prepare and assist BSI audits. Monitor depot KPIs and contribute to the depot's efforts to improving these. Including OTIF To manage and monitor the production and recording of C of As Communicate with depots to ensure swift resolution of customer complaints from all Brenntag depots. Maintain and improve BRC accreditation. To maintain and review HACCP procedures ie glass, jewellery, housekeeping, develop and maintain relationships with HACCP team members To manage laboratory and ensure compliance to site procedures and testing criteria. Ensure customer questionnaires are completed in timely manor and to high standard. Manage monthly IBC reconciliation. Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills and ability. Qualifications / Experience and knowledge: Appropriate external professional qualification, completion of internal training. Quality / Auditing background with experience of external customer auditing process - desirable Ability to: Effectively organise the day-to-day operation Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers Prioritise and monitor own workload. Work within a fast paced, busy environment Time Management Problem solving/Attention to Detail Communicate well with all interfaces and relationships at all levels Health and safety: Employee responsibility for health and safety.
