Site Manager Needed – Inverness (Start Mid-January 2026) We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee 2 projects in Inverness for our client. The role is due to start mid-January 2026, ideally looking to get someone on there beginning of Jan and will run until March 2026, with the opportunity to move onto a follow-on project in Manchester immediately after. Project Scope Includes: * Comms Room: Installation of air conditioning, M&E works, and associated fit-out. * Office Conversion: One large office to be split into two, including: * Suspended ceilings * Partitioning * Decorating * All relevant M&E works What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally in fit-out or refurbishment environments. * Proven experience working on live projects. * Strong understanding of M&E coordination and office refurb works. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Flexibility with working hours * Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and programme delivery.
