Customer Service Manager - 6542
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £39,500
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with alternate Saturdays (finishing around 14:30; a weekday off provided when working Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager:

Lead and support a team of Customer Sales Administrators to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain customer records, pricing and reporting to drive improvements.
*
Handle queries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Manager:

Previous experience managing a customer service or office team

Strong communication and people management skills.

Confident decision-maker with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
