A growing organisation in South Oxfordshire is looking for an HR Administrator to join the team! Your new role As HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries and support a wide range of generalist activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement. You’ll also manage the company's e-learning portal. This full-time role offers hybrid working (3–4 days in office) but you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car to reach this location. What you'll need to succeed This organisation is looking for someone who has 1-2 years of experience within a HR function. Ideally, if you don't already have CIPD Level 3, you'll be keen to study if successful. You will have very strong administrative, communication and organisational skills and be confident with Microsoft Office. Any exposure to HR Systems would be beneficial. What you'll get in return You will be offered a salary between £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience. As mentioned, this is a hybrid role with an excellent benefits package including 30 days holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity for CIPD study support to name a few.
