We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support ongoing housing refurbishments. You’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities for refurbishment projects Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Maintain quality control across internal and external works Liaise with residents, clients, and the wider project team Produce progress reports and maintain site documentation About You Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned works in housing Strong understanding of H&S and CDM requirements Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead teams and drive productivity SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred If this is something you'd be interested in, please feel free to apply. 4790324
