You will be an experienced Site Manager who thrives being on the road, going to the different site locations, you will have had an extensive and exciting career journey as a site management, travelling nationally. To be successful in this role you will have a wealth of proven experience as a site manager consistently achieving project goals. Extensive experience managing a variety of construction operations. You will ensure successful management of the designated site activities to ensure programme, cost, quality and safety objectives are achieved. Role Responsibilities * Support the pre-construction team in developing site logistics and site access strategies * Plan, organise and maintain appropriate site welfare requirements & site logistics * Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management completing all necessary health & safety activities and implementing Safe Systems of Work * Manage the site ensuring the work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality by effectively organising and managing the site activities. * Manage the client expectations and adopt a professional and considerate approach to maintain good working relations. * Lead and motivate the site team and the supply chain to deliver the project and ensure roles and responsibilities are clear. * In depth knowledge of health & safety procedures & requirements Our Ideal Candidate as a Site Manager * A proven track record of successful delivery of projects. * A proven track record working as Principal Contractor. * A proven track record of consistently achieving project goals. * Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a variety of construction operations. * Takes responsibility for actions, projects and people. * Strong Commercial awareness. * Ability to add value and drive business improvements. * Confident decision making and influencing skills * Exceptional organisation and planning skills. * Ability to develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
