A successful secondary school in Manchester is recruiting an articulate and highly organised HR Officer for a permanent June start. This position handles the complete staff lifecycle administrative duties, including managing the Single Central Record (SCR), coordinating the recruitment process, drafting contracts, managing pre-employment compliance vetting, and processing payroll changes.

Requirements * Essential: You must have previous school experience managing HR administration and maintaining the Single Central Record (SCR) within a UK education setting.

* Essential: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.

* Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong administrative software fluency (CIPD Level 3 or above is preferred).

Key Details & Benefits * Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Full-Year contract).

* Salary Range: £31,000 – £35,500 per annum (premium salary tier for education HR professionals).
