As a Developer, you'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE-based solutions. Working alongside Enterprise Architects and Lead Engineers, you'll help uphold and evolve coding standards, patterns, and security practices.
You'll provide both functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) for Sales and Customer Service, working closely with key stakeholders to enhance business operations. Additionally, you'll contribute to peer reviews, resolve 3rd-line support issues, and play a key role in planning software upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE
* Participate in technical reviews, documentation, and deployment activities
* Support ongoing system maintenance and incident resolution
* Adhere to secure development practices and change control processes
* Collaborate in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps
What You
* Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Customer Service)
* Strong understanding of KingswaySoft for data integration
* Experience with SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
* Proficiency in C# (.NET) and JavaScript for server-side and client-side development
* Ability to debug plug-ins and workflows
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Location: Hybrid (80% remote / 20% Midlands)
