Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Kettering
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Human Resources Business Partner
Contract: Full-time - Monday to Friday - Office based

Role Overview
The HR team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support them in delivering excellent HR services across employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and compliance. You will be pivotal in providing timely and accurate administrative support to the HR Manager and wider business stakeholders, helping drive the success of our expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including managing shift patterns, holiday records, and employee documentation.
* Coordinate recruitment activities: liaise with agencies, schedule interviews, prepare offer letters/contracts, and manage new starter processes.
* Maintain and update sickness absence trackers, follow up on return-to-work forms, and arrange Occupational Health appointments.
* Ensure employee files (both electronic and paper) are accurately maintained and compliance with company policies and UK employment law is upheld.
* Assist with internal communications and HR projects as directed by the HR Manager.
Who You Are
* Experienced in a busy office environment, ideally within an HR team.
* Possess excellent communication skills and a professional, proactive can do attitude.
* Adaptable and flexible, with a strong customer service focus.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with Success Factors (sHaRe) and Tensor is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
* Eager to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.
