Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
* Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software applications.
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
* Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
* Act as the voice of customers, orchestrating the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer‑first culture across all touchpoints.
* Guide the use of AI, balancing automation with human judgment, and promote confidence in AI tools.
* Shift repetitive tasks to higher‑value activities as AI takes on routine work.
* Model behaviours that strengthen the human element, balancing AI efficiency with empathy and team cohesion.
Technical Responsibilities
* Design software solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
* Provide constructive feedback during code reviews.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and API specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to development processes.
* Optimize application performance and scalability through effective coding practices and system design.
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
* Ensure security and integrity of software applications by following cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience as a .Net Developer or in a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in the .Net stack.
* Experience developing mobile applications with Xamarin, .Net MAUI, or Flutter.
* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms, ideally Azure.
* Capability to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Skill in managing complex stakeholder communications.
* Employee who models collaboration and exceeds team goals.
* Positive attitude toward feedback, using it to generate initiatives that meet or exceed expectations.
