We’re looking for an experienced Reward Manager to lead the development and delivery of our clients reward strategy—helping us remain a great place to work where colleagues feel valued, supported and rewarded for the difference they make.
What you’ll be doing
1. As the Reward Manager, you’ll take ownership of the total reward approach, ensuring it aligns with the People strategy, business goals and core values. You will:
2. Shape and deliver the organisation’s reward strategy, ensuring it remains fair,petitive and aligned with market trends.
3. Oversee the full lifecycle of employee benefits, working with the People team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day administration.
4. Design and manage pay frameworks, salary benchmarking, job evaluation and reward policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
5. Manage the development and ongoing review of the benefits offering, including pensions, healthcare and hardship support—ensuring benefits remainpassionate, engaging and relevant.
6. Lead annual pay review cycles, including benchmarking, modelling and affordability analysis, ensuring strongernance and clear, timelymunication.
7. Champion colleague financial wellbeing, providing tools and learning to support resilience and informed decision‑making.
8. Oversee pension administration andpliance, ensuring the effectiveernance of outsourced providers.
9. Lead gender pay gap reporting, partnering with internal colleagues to develop meaningful improvement actions.
10. Collaborate with Finance and People teams to manage reward budgets, forecasts and cost analysis, supporting effective financial control.
11. Use data and analytics to evaluate reward effectiveness and provide insight‑driven rmendations for continuous improvement.
12. Manage relationships with external reward and benefits providers, ensuring quality service and value for money.
13. Support engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace where people feel valued.
14. Provide expert guidance to leaders on pay, benefits and recognition, ensuring legal and regulatorypliance.
15. Develop engagingmunications that help colleagues understand and appreciate their total reward.
16. Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across all reward activities, ensuring fairness and transparency.
About you
17. You’ll be an experienced reward professional with strong knowledge of pay frameworks, benefits management, benchmarking, modelling and reward analytics. You’re confident working with senior leaders, passionate about fairness and colleague experience, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
