Role Overview
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Kitchen & Bathroom Site Managers to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing properties across South London, Croydon, and Guildford. Each role will be site-based, with responsibility for managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Delivery
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a designated site
* Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement works in line with programme requirements
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site
* Ensure works are delivered to specification and within agreed timelines
Health & Safety
* Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
* Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followed
* Maintain a safe working environment, particularly within occupied homes
Quality Control
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship
* Manage snagging and ensure timely completion of defects
* Ensure compliance with client and contract specifications
Customer & Client Liaison
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents on site
* Manage resident expectations and minimise disruption during works
* Handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Liaise with client representatives and contract managers
Programme & Resource Management
* Manage site programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
* Coordinate labour, materials, and deliveries effectively
* Identify and resolve any delays or issues impacting progress
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries
* Complete progress reports and required compliance documentation
* Ensure all handover documentation is completed correctly
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment
* Strong experience delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
* Experience working in tenant-occupied properties
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
* First Aid at Work
* Full UK driving licence

Experience in occupied social housing environments is essential
