Operating across 45 facilities in 20 countries, we are now looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in London.The Quality Manager will lead their Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Engineering (QE) teams at their London site.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive continuous improvement, champion quality standards, and ensure our products meet the highest expectations. What You’ll DoLead and develop the site QA and QE teamsPromote and enforce health & safety standardsMaintain and improve quality systems and documentationDrive continuous improvement using tools like CAPA, PDCA, and value stream mappingOversee QA and Goods Inwards inspection processesAct as the site quality lead for APQP/NPI processes (FMEA, MSA, QCP, etc.)Investigate and resolve internal, customer, and supplier quality issuesReport and communicate Quality KPIs to leadership and site teamsRepresent the site in customer-facing quality mattersSupport training and engagement in quality and CI initiativesWhat You BringProven experience in Quality Engineering or Management (automotive background preferred)Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus), CAPA, PDCA, and auditing practicesExperience leading cross-functional teams and driving CI initiativesExcellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsEngineering or quality-related qualifications (preferred)Benefits on offerCompetitive salary & benefits25 days holiday + buy/sell schemeRecognition & reward programsLearning & development opportunitiesOn-site café Cycle to Work & Tech schemesEnhanced maternity & partner leaveEmployee Assistance Programme
