Bridgman Recruitment Services are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer to join a busy housing development project in Uttoxeter. The role will involve general site labouring duties to support trades and maintain site standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting groundworkers, bricklayers, and joiners on site
*
Keeping the site clean and tidy (sweeping, clearing debris, managing waste)
*
Moving and loading/unloading materials
*
Assisting with deliveries and site logistics
*
Ensuring health and safety is maintained at all times
*
Following site instructions from the Site Manager or Supervisor
*
Helping set up and dismantle temporary structures (e.g., fencing, signage)
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
Previous experience on housing sites (preferred)
*
Own PPE (boots, hard hat, hi-vis)
*
Good attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
*
Punctual and reliable
