A leading provider of treatment products for the building services industry is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Executive to join their Commercial Sales Team. This role offers an opportunity to support continued growth through proactive sales activities.
The benefits of being a Telephone Sales Executive include:
* £13 hourly rate (Equivalent of £16,900 pa)
* Monthly commission (pro-rata £3,000 annually, uncapped, based on team targets)
* Annual bonus (pro-rata £3,000, uncapped, based on team performance)

The responsibilities of a Telephone Sales Executive include:
* Making outbound calls to build and maintain relationships with contractors and merchants
* Following up on projects and negotiating pricing to secure orders
* Managing and updating CRM systems with project and account activity
* Preparing and issuing quotations for projects
* Supporting regional sales targets and collaborating across regions
* Contributing to a high-performing, values-driven sales culture
The ideal candidate should have:
* A passion for sales and achieving targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
* Previous B2B or telesales experience (preferred)
