Enterprise Resource Planning Developer Location: Paisley (Hybrid - Home & Office) Salary: £44,000 per annum Hours: 35 per week Contract: Permanent Could you deliver a high-quality Finance Systems operation & development service to the finance community & other key stakeholders with the British Red Cross and provide support to major key projects? What will an Enterprise Resource Planning Developer's job involve? Work across and assist in developing the full range of finance systems to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness by automating and streamlining processes. Work with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenge/discuss these to provide advice on best system solutions. Be a key lead for delivery on the implementation of new systems functionality including: requirements gathering, functionality & reporting development, system testing, data migration and go-live support. Advise on potential technical issues arising from introduction of new system functionality and operational process improvements, policies & practices. Be a key lead on the integration of new software with core systems to drive streamlining and automation of processes. Provide a responsive support service in resolution of technical and complex customer issues as determined by allocated support tickets. Provide advanced functional & technical support to other team members on matters of adherence to required quality standards and operating procedures. Proactively develop, support and share knowledge and skills with team members to improve overall team capabilities. What will an Enterprise Resource Planning Developer need to be successful?
