Head of Estates
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Estates to lead the management, development, and maintenance of the School’s estate. The successful candidate will oversee major capital projects, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver an outstanding learning environment for students and staff. This is a senior role requiring significant estates management experience, including a proven track record in overseeing major capital projects and managing compliance with current legislation.
Salary: Competitive plus benefits.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday – Friday.
The seniority of this position means that you are expected to work such hours as are necessary to complete your work, including some ‘out of hours’ meetings, e.g., site meetings.
