Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Managing and directing subcontractor partners to deliver work packages, including groundworks, drainage, structural frame erection, roofing, cladding, and interior fit-out.
* Checking subcontractor work to ensure compliance with the programme, design drawings, and quality standards.
* Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure safe working methods are in place.
* Conducting toolbox talks and site inductions to uphold Kier’s compliance standards.
* Coordinating site logistics, including the movement of plant and labor, while maintaining safety at all times.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a relevant construction qualification or accreditation (Degree, HND, Technical Trade, etc.).
* Have significant experience managing within the construction main contractor environment.
* Possess an SMSTS 5 Day certification, CSCS card, First Aid certification, and a full UK driving license.
