Catering Manager - Eurest at SC Johnson (Frimley)
£38,000 per annum | Monday-Friday
Eurest is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering operation at SC Johnson in Frimley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on, people‑focused leader who is passionate about great food, outstanding service, and driving performance.
The role:
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and front‑of‑house staff to deliver exceptional food and service
* Take full accountability for Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance and financial performance
* Manage budgets, costs, and commercial targets, using data to make informed, strategic decisions
* Build strong client relationships, attending client meetings and producing monthly reporting packs
* Maintain high standards across food quality, service delivery, and customer experience
About you:
* Previous experience in contract catering is highly desirable
* A confident, hands‑on leader with a strong people focus
* Commercially and strategically minded, with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements
* Professional, organised, and comfortable working directly with senior clients
