HR Administrator
Location: Office Based, Henley on Thames
Salary: £24,136
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, 37 hours per week.
The Henley College is seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Administrator to join our busy Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in supporting the College’s staff and HR processes.
As HR Administrator, you will provide efficient administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance. You will work closely with colleagues and managers, ensuring that deadlines are met and that HR services are delivered accurately and professionally.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
2. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of their work.
3. Can work confidently to deadlines in a busy office environment.
4. Communicates effectively with staff at all levels.
5. Understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in an HR setting.
Experience of working in an educational environment would be a strong advantage, though not essential. Training and support will be provided, along with opportunities for professional development.
