Experienced Site Manager required for a commercial refurbishment project involving roofing works, replacement skylights, PV installation, scaffolding, M&E coordination (CDP), data security measures, and full internal fit out works.
Site Manager Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience managing commercial fit out / refurbishment projects
* Strong health & safety awareness
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
* Good communication and site management skills
