The Person:
An enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about Health and Fitness
Confident Communicator, with the ability to motivate and engage customers
A wide range of knowledge on exercise techniques and programmes
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Gym Qualification Level 2 of Above
Lead Group Ex classes
The Role:
To encourage and motivate members and customers to reach their health and fitness goals
Offer a range of wellbeing advice including exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle changes
Ensure health and safety compliance is followed to ensure the safety of all customers
Provide personal training either one-to-one or small groups
