Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Slough. This is a full-time position beginning April 2026, responsible for overseeing site operations, maintenance and health & safety across the school.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, secure and well maintained at all times. Duties include managing maintenance work, supervising contractors, overseeing health and safety compliance and supporting the smooth running of the school’s facilities.

Experience and Qualifications
• Experience working as a Site Manager, Facilities Manager or Caretaker within education or similar environments
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and building maintenance
• Ability to manage contractors and coordinate site works
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Legal ability to work within the UK
