Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager looking to lead a high-profile commercial-to-hotel conversion in Central London?
Criterion Capital is seeking a driven and hands-on Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a major fit-out project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming a commercial space into a high-quality hotel development.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day site management and coordinate labour and subcontractors
* Drive programme delivery, taking corrective action where required
* Liaise with contractors, architects, and quantity surveyors throughout the construction phase
* Represent the company at external meetings
* Monitor progress against key milestones and provide regular reporting
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation
* Motivate and manage site teams to maximise productivity
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and all statutory requirements
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ experience successfully managing construction sites
* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, design, and defect prevention
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
* Experience in residential or hotel conversion projects (highly desirable)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
