Start Date: January 2026 Location: Liverpool, Merseyside About the Role A vibrant and community-focused 11–16 secondary school in Liverpool is seeking a diligent and organised HR Administrator to support the smooth running of the school’s HR and compliance operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate staff records, ensuring safer recruitment compliance, and supporting all HR administrative activities. You will be working within a friendly office team who value collaboration, communication, and high standards. Key Responsibilities • Maintain staff personnel files, contracts, absence tracking, and CPD databases • Support the full recruitment cycle: adverts, candidate communication, interview scheduling • Process DBS checks, references, and all vetting documentation in line with KCSIE • Update and monitor the Single Central Record daily • Assist with payroll queries and liaise with HR systems providers • Manage the HR inbox and respond to staff queries professionally • Provide wider administrative support to the school office when required About You • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Previous experience in school administration or HR preferred • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy • Confident using MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
