HR Officer | FMCG | Belfast Our client, a leading FMCG business, is seeking a HR Officer to join their HR team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within a values-driven, dynamic organisation working across the island of Ireland. The Role As HR Officer, you will partner with the HR Business Partner team to provide a full range of HR services across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, varied position supporting managers and employees across HR operations in a fast-paced environment. What's on offer? * Competitive salary * Hybrid working * Initial 12-month fixed-term contract * Opportunity to work within a market-leading FMCG organisation * Career development and learning opportunities * Collaborative and community-focused culture Key Responsibilities * Manage HR processes including onboarding, probation, offboarding, retirements, HR KPIs, and payroll queries. * Support managers with investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings, attending as note-taker and drafting correspondence. * Contribute to engagement, communications, and culture-building initiatives on site. * Provide advice on HR policies and ensure consistent, fair application. * Coordinate training needs and schedules, maintain training records, and act as a point of contact for learning queries. * Assist managers with performance and absence management, coaching and engagement. * Maintain accurate digital employee records and ensure compliance with data requirements. * Support HR-wide initiatives and process improvement activities.
