Overview
We are now looking to appoint an energetic and innovative Deputy Catering Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of The Kitchen, supporting the Catering Manager in delivering excellent service, and driving forward our vision for healthy, sustainable school dining.

We are committed to serving high-quality, locally sourced meals that promote health, celebrate variety, and respect the planet. By offering outstanding value for money and ensuring every stakeholder — especially the most vulnerable — enjoys the best meal of their day, we aim to build a welcoming and supportive food culture that fosters community, wellbeing, and a lifelong love of good food.

* Experience of working in the catering industry, private or public sector.
* Lead by example and inspire the catering team.
* Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Forward-thinking, innovative, and able to adapt in a busy environment.
