Key Responsibilities
* Opening and closing school sites as required
* Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
* Supporting contractors and overseeing site access
* Responding to urgent site issues across multiple locations including Boston, Spalding, Gedney and Old Leake.

Desired Criteria
Previous site management, caretaking or facilities experience
* Ability to work flexibly and independently
* Good communication and organisational skills
