Job Advertisement: Site Security Manager (Client-Integrated - Financial Institution)
Location: Norwich
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £56,650 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and develop the on-site security team to deliver a proactive and effective security service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for all security matters.
* Ensure compliance with client policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
* Conduct regular risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
* Coordinate incident response and crisis management procedures when required.
* Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and security records.
* Deliver continuous improvement across all security functions in line with evolving site and business needs.
What We\'re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience in managing client relationships at a senior level.
* Knowledge of physical security systems, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
* SIA licence (Front Line or Non-Front Line) is essential.
* Relevant security or risk management qualifications are desirable.
