Role:
We’re seeking a part-time, remote Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities with care homes. You’ll identify potential clients, introduce our services, and build long-term partnerships that support our mission of providing high-quality healthcare staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

Identify and approach new care homes and nursing homes to offer our staffing services.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
*
Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to client onboarding.
*
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth service delivery.
*
Meet sales goals and report progress regularly.
Requirements of the Sales Executive:

Experience working with or selling to care homes is highly preferred.
*
Proven background in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or recruitment).
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
*
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
