The Role – Site Manager This is a key Site Manager position on a new build school project in Belfast. You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of finish. You will play a central role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and maintaining accurate reporting through digital platforms such as Procore or Dalux. This role suits a Site Manager who is organised, tech-savvy, and confident driving programme delivery on a live construction site. Key Responsibilities • Manage all on-site activities in line with programme and project milestones • Maintain high standards of health and safety across all site operations • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are progressing efficiently • Oversee quality control and ensure works meet specification and design standards • Use Procore or Dalux for daily reporting, tracking progress, and documentation • Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives • Monitor site logistics, materials, and workforce planning • Ensure accurate record keeping and timely reporting About You • Proven experience as a Site Manager on building projects, ideally education or public sector • Strong IT skills with experience using Procore, Dalux, or similar construction management systems • Background in construction management, engineering, or trade • Excellent organisational and coordination skills • Strong focus on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Hands-on approach with the ability to drive site progress What’s on Offer Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 (DOE) Benefits: • Company vehicle or allowance • Pension • Bonus • Healthcare • Ongoing CPD and training • Strong pipeline of local projects Why Apply?
