Corporate Reception Experience Manager, Belfast
Troika have partnered with a Blue Chip located in Belfast who are seeking a Reception Experience Manager with the responsibility for ensuring that all clients and visitors needs are met and exceeded delivery best in class service. As the face of the service, you will lead by example working closely with your team, motivating, coaching and supporting your team to consistently deliver an impeccable workplace experience.
You will take ownership of operational delivery, people management, and service excellence, while working closely with the client and wider hospitality team to support overall business objectives.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and develop the reception team
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all floors and meeting room space
* Collaborate with the hospitality team with regards to events to ensure readiness
* Maintain consistently high standards, exceeding client and visitor expectations
* Manage rotas to ensure full coverage during core service hours
* Support health & safety compliance and ensure all protocols are followed
* Act as a key point of contact for client queries, resolving issues effectively
* Support team training, including AV capability where required
* Drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement within the teams
* Develop better ways of working in terms of service standards
We would be keen to hear from candidates who have a leadership skill set from a corporate, quality hotel, airline or high-end restaurant. The opportunity is Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week. The role requires someone who has an understanding of Five Star Service and the ideal candidate will have managed people with performance management expertise.
