We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Leisure Travel Manager to join a great team based in West London.

Our client offers a range of services including corporate and retail travel, holiday packages globally along with visa assistance.

To be considered for the Corporate & Leisure Travel Manager role the candidate must have experience within leisure and corporate travel and happy to work in the office. Exciting and varied roles covering both account and business management along with people management.

Corporate & Leisure Travel Manager Duties:

* Lead the promotion of inbound and outbound holiday packages, corporate and retail ticketing, and hotel bookings.
* Drive B2B business by developing relationships with travel agents, and other partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and design strategies to increase sales and profitability.
* Monitor and achieve financial targets, ensuring the branch operates efficiently within budget.
* Maintain regular reporting on branch performance to senior management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, especially airlines.
* Negotiate contracts, fares, and commissions with airlines and other service providers.
* Stay updated on industry trends and develop partnerships to enhance the branch’s service offerings.
* Build strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Handle client escalations and complex booking issues, providing timely resolutions.
* Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and marketing activities to promote services.

Corporate & Leisure Travel Manager – Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience in the travel industry, with expertise in both corporate and leisure travel services.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team, handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly with airlines, corporate clients, and travel agents.
* Ability to take ownership of the business, work autonomously, and meet targets.
