We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Workshop Labourer to support our workshop operations at the Montrose rig site.
About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and cleanliness across our production environment, contributing directly to our efficiency and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
* Ensure high standards of housekeeping inside the workshop and outdoor storage areas
* Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and side loaders (training provided if needed)
* Support power washing and equipment cleaning
* Assist with the movement of components to maintain workflow efficiency
* Complete timely deliveries and pickups
* Maintain waste and material containers and locker areas
* Collaborate with various departments, including machine operators and site teams
* Comply with health and safety procedures and report risks
* Accurately log timekeeping and job activities using internal systems
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
* Willingness to work flexibly and support various departments
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
* Forklift license and clean driving license (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting
* Experience in steel fabrication or similar setting
* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to read fabrication drawings and use measuring tools
* Knowledge of dumpy level and material measuring calculations
