Join a dynamic and forward - thinking business services organisation as a HR / Reward Administrator, where you will support Reward consultants with end-to-end projects managing the administration. In this role you will receive full training around the rewards sector from a team that hold a huge amount of knowledge across HR / Rewards. This role will allow you to have fully exposure to a range of reward strategies and clients, upskilling you in both administration and client liaising. Duties to include: Assist with the preparation of bespoke and standard market rate reports using market data and internal processes and databases Support with job evaluation and benchmarking activities by reviewing role profiles and matching roles to survey data Liaise with clients to gather required data needed for projects ensuring all information is accurate Clean, collate and assist with analysing data using excel to support database enrichment Work closely with the team to track project processes, maintain data logs and help manage delivery processes and deadlines Contribute to the development of online platforms Provide general administrative support to the reward team including client calls, job evaluation training etc The ideal candidate will have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
