Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Internal Recruiter focusing on Social Media to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and attracting top talent within the social media landscape. Your expertise will help us build a stellar team that understands the nuances of social commerce, particularly on platforms like TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

* Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for social media-related positions, utilizing various platforms and networking opportunities.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Somerce’s values.
* Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
* Onboarding: Facilitate an engaging onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and social media recruitment best practices to refine our talent acquisition strategies.
* Employer Branding: Promote Somerce as an employer of choice by showcasing company culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in social media or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their usage in a commercial context.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
* Ability to evaluate candidates’ skills, creativity, and passion for social media marketing.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
* A passion for social commerce and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
