Are you a dynamic and consultative sales professional ready to make a real impact in the training and education sector? Qualitrain Ltd is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our Business Development Team and help drive growth across our full portfolio of training programmes.
About the Role
This is more than just a sales role. You'll be engaging with clients to understand their needs, crafting bespoke training proposals, writing bids, and attending meetings to develop new and existing business. You'll promote every programme we offer—from Engineering Apprenticeships to Lean Six Sigma, Leadership & Management, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Source learners and apprentices for funded and commercial training programmes.
Build and maintain relationships with employers, job centres, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct consultative sales meetings and present tailored training solutions.
Write compelling proposals and bids to win new business.
Attend client development meetings and networking events.
Promote Qualitrain via social media and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM and report weekly to the SMT.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in training or education.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Bid writing and proposal development experience.
Self-motivated, confident, and charismatic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and online meeting platforms.
CRM experience (Hunspot preferred).
