Job title:Sales Executive
Main purpose of job: To identify, engage, and convert potential business clients for Enablement Group’s consultancy services, with a focus on generating leads and driving revenue through outbound sales activity.

Location/Branch:Hybrid (Hull, HU3)
Position reports to:Managing Director
Salary:£28,000 - £35,000 (dependant on experience)
Length of contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
1.Generate new business opportunities via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking.
2.Reach out to potential clients in our target sectors and book qualified appointments.
3.Maintain and track pipeline activity using CRM or reporting tools provided.
4.Represent Enablement Group confidently, clearly communicating the benefits of our services.
5.Work collaboratively with the Managing Director to refine sales scripts, identify niches, and improve conversion rates.
6.Follow up leads from marketing campaigns or referrals to progress opportunities.
7.Hit weekly/monthly activity and performance targets.
Person Specification
Essential
* Experience in outbound sales, telesales or B2B sales
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* Confident, proactive and resilient when handling objections
* Motivated by targets
* Good time management and ability to work independently
Desirable
* Experience selling services (HR, recruitment, consultancy, etc.)
* Knowledge of construction, healthcare, or SME business environments
* Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets for tracking sales activity
