Internal Recruiter, Burnley, Hybrid (WFH 1 day per week), Permanent, c£27,000 - £30,000
Our client is a well-established, fast-paced organisation with a strong national presence, known for delivering high-quality services to a diverse customer base. Following continued growth and increased recruitment demand across the business, they are seeking a driven and organised Recruiter to join their in-house team and help attract and secure top talent.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across the business. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, building strong talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on selection methods, and ensure an efficient and consistent recruitment process.
You will have proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. You will be confident in proactively sourcing talent through a range of attraction methods, comfortable negotiating offers, and skilled at managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset will be key to thriving in this fast-moving environment.
