As the Senior Site Manager you will oversee a Externals, Cladding contract working on planned works Refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of a Cladding works, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client
* Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels
* Report to senior management on performance, progress.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Site Management within construction or social housing.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,00,000
Travel allowance provided or Vehicle / Fuel card
