Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and experienced SEND team to provide individualised support to key students with SEND. The goal is to help them access learning across the curriculum and make progress with personalised SEN Outcomes and provision targets.
If you are passionate about working as part of a dynamic and supportive team to implement strategies supporting students with SEND, we would love to hear from you. This role offers the chance to bring existing skills and expertise to support ongoing practice development and to benefit from further professional development within our expert team.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience supporting students with various special educational needs.
* Effective at working with students across primary and secondary levels.
