We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation, working closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver high-quality, timely, and customer-focused HR support that is vital to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver day-to-day HR administrative support and contribute to broader HR initiatives.
* Support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
* Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data with the utmost confidentiality.
* Provide timely and professional advice on HR policies and procedures.
* Assist in employee relations casework, performance appraisals and training coordination.
* Collaborate with managers and the wider HR team to ensure best practice and compliance across HR operations.
* Contribute to continual improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
What we are looking for:
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards, or equivalent HR knowledge and experience
* Strong administrative skills and HR operations experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Sound understanding of employment law and HR best practice
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience supporting employee relations processes
