We are seeking an experienced individual to join our established team. Reporting to the Area Repairs Manager, our Labourers perform general labouring duties to a high standard.
We also look for candidates passionate about advocating for people and communities.
Responsibilities:
* Operate tools, machinery, and vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Perform site preparation, cleaning, waste removal, and minor repairs.
* Follow health & safety procedures, including PPE use and hazard reporting.
* Communicate with clients and supervise apprentices as needed.
* Record work activities and assist with planning and materials.
Candidate Requirements:
* City and Guilds Craft or NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade or substantial relevant experience.
* Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment.
* Proven track record of delivering quality work on time.
* Customer-focused with high service standards.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel across the Northwest.
This hands-on role requires effective communication skills and empathy to understand our diverse customers' needs. You will be based in the communities we serve, working independently and as part of a team with a flexible approach.
