Over the past nine years, Emilias Crafted Pasta has been on an unforgettable journey. Weve grown to 5 restaurants and over 100 incredible team members. Ive been part of shaping our culture - learning, adapting, and doing the best to support the people who show up every day to make something special.
With growth comes complexity, and I need someone to join me in looking after our people - making sure the behind-the-scenes runs smoothly, accurately, and supportively, so our team can shine out front.
This role is about admin and payroll, yes - but also about being part of the heartbeat of this company. And theres genuine room to grow into a more senior HR role as we continue to scale.
What youll be doing
Processing accurate monthly payroll so everyone is paid correctly and on time the foundation of trust
Supporting our people throughout their whole journey: joining, onboarding, developing and (when it happens) leaving well
Keeping HR systems tidy, organised and reliable
Being the friendly, dependable person team members turn to for clarity and support
Managing compliance checks - right to work, visas, references, documentation
Helping with team events, internal comms, training and development
Supporting GDPR, IT setups and helping us build better systems as we grow

Who you are:
Experienced in HR, payroll, or people operations (hospitality experience is a bonus)
Organised, accurate, and reliable you care about doing things properly
Approachable, kind, and able to communicate clearly
Proactive and solutions-focused
Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn new tools
