* Responsible for the monthly payroll submission for employees, ensuring all data is accurate
* Invoice preparation and payment
* HR administration
* Business Trip administration
* recruitment
* UK Visa for expatriates from Japan and other countries
* Administration of various benefit
* Conduct monthly timestamp reviews
* Provide expert and professional service on Human Resources issues and support business
* Carry out other duties provided, that are within the general level of responsibility of the duties set out above and within the abilities
Requirements:
* Office administration experience, preferably HR related but not essential
* Numeracy skill – some payroll experience is desirable but not essential
* Native level of English in oral and writing/reading
* Proficient in Microsoft office
* A team player, flexible attitude, excellent communication skills
* Understanding/interests in Japanese is a plus
Conditions:
1. Start as a 2 years contract with potential to become a permanent employment
2. Salary: £23,000 – 28,000 per annum (including discretionary bonus)
3. Location: City
4. Working hour: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
